Pay Dues

Association Dues
Each home is assessed Annual Association dues in the amount approved by the Board and/or the membership of the Association. The dues are currently $100.00 per month ($300.00 per quarter). The dues are payable quarterly in advance. If a resident's dues are not paid within 30 days of the due date, a $5.00 per month penalty is assessed for each month in which the dues are not paid and interest is charged at 12% per annum on the unpaid amount.

If a resident's dues are delinquent for 3 months, then the account may be turned over to an attorney for collection. If an attorney is employed to collect the delinquent dues, then the attorney's fees associated with said collection of the delinquent dues must be paid by the resident whose dues account is delinquent.

If you have any questions regarding your dues, you may call the Association's treasurer. Please consult your current list of officers for names and telephone numbers. If you question a dues change or assessment and receive a response which is unsatisfactory to you and the problem can't be resolved by addressing the issue with the Treasurer, you may appeal the decision to the full Board of
Directors. Call your Association President and schedule a meeting date for an appeal. The appeal must be in written form.
